Joel S. Stuttman, Principal

More than 15 years ago, attorney Joel S. Stuttman established his firm as a collection and creditors' rights practice. In the years following, he also began assisting clients throughout New York with business law matters, commercial litigation, employment and labor relations, transactional work, and real estate and construction law. Today, the firm's clients include national collection agencies, Fortune 500 companies, large and small businesses, and executives. As a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the country's leading professional organization of collections, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy professionals, Mr. Stuttman stays abreast of the latest developments in evolving credit and finance laws and regulations.

Mr. Stuttman's experience prior to opening his firm includes representing financial institutions in the collection, negotiation, and workout of large commercial and consumer loans. Before that, he focused his practice primarily in the areas of real estate and construction law. While studying at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, he was a member of the Ilsa Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Dennis D. Murphy represents clients in all of the firm's practice areas, including collections and creditors' rights, business law, commercial litigation, and real estate and construction law. Mr. Murphy is an active member of the New York State Bar Association as well as the Westchester County Bar Association. He is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law.
