Joel S. Stuttman, P.C. is a
business law firm representing the interests of both large and small
businesses. The firm has been in existence since 1995 and is located 30
minutes north of New York City in the City of White Plains, New York, home to
many international, national, regional and local businesses. While our
office is located in White Plains, New York, we are able to handle matters
throughout New York State’s “downstate” area (the entire state south of Albany
to the tip of Long Island) and we practice in the New York City courts on a
daily basis.
Our firm’s primary
focus is in the areas of Creditors Rights/Collection Law, Business Law,
Commercial Litigation and Real Estate/Construction Law. By concentrating
our practice in only several specialized areas of law, we have gained a great
